Hardworking Head Softball Coach successful at developing and leading strong softball programs. Forward-thinking and confident professional with a history of finding top athletes and developing top players. I have come up through the ranks of the softball community. Starting out as a coach for our local, Lincoln Girls Softball, and going on to be the president of the league for 7 years. I brought my coaching and leadership skills to travel ball (Roseville Heat 7 years, and now the Ca. Grapettes 2 years) where I have recruited girls from California, Nevada and Oregon. I have developed strong relationships with former and current collegiate players and collegiate coaches. I have helped numerous young ladies grow into student athletes who are playing at the collegiate level. In addition, I am coaching at the high school level, and developing well rounded student athletes. After twenty plus years of successfully leading a variety of levels of softball, I am looking forward to an opportunity to lead softball at the college level. I established my foundation of leadership while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. My continued assignment to leadership positions while serving exemplified my reliability, integrity, and solid judgment, and these qualities have become the mainstay of my abilities.
