I have been in a few major companies, Most notably Rite Aid and U.S. Security Associates. During the time frame that I have spent within the two companies, I have gained valuable experience. At Rite Aid I learned how to deal with customers, from the benign to the extremely irate, now I am able to quickly defuse and get to the bottom of any situation. While in Rite Aid I was given my share of Administrative Experience, Filing paper work, Accepting phone calls, phone etiquette, and even transferring of calls to their respective departments. I've even had the luck of cash handling.
My time at U.S. Security Associates has been all the more memorable, Learning to diffuse a critical dangerous situation, with use of words, and body gestures, to even more administrative experience dealing with even more sensitive information.
