  • Closely monitoring the compliance of Annual Physical Fitness Test (APFT) to ensure all geographically dispersed students are IAW the Army Standards.
  • Initiates and prepares various orders, amendments, attachments, revocations, and endorsements pertaining to the assignments, reassignments, promotions, and discharges, using information obtained from various databases, electronic mail, fax, telephone and various sources within the office.
  • Prepares and accomplishes cost computations on DD Form 1610 for TDY orders and input all info into Defense Travel System (DTS) and forwards to proper channel for approval.
  • Researches and prepares all awards for Good Conduct Medal for all deserving personnel.
  • Prepares PCS orders retrieved from Request for Orders (RFO) and Enlisted Distribution and Assignment System (EDAS).
  • Corrects import and data migration errors, makes adjustments and generates reports.
  • Also, reviews actions requested by students for compliance with military regulations and guidance and determines eligibility and qualifications required.
  • Serves as Detachment point of contact for both Officer and Enlisted assignments.
  • Screens records of personnel for special assignments to determine qualification and eligibility.

  • Receives, tracks, and processes all command leave and special requests.
  • Ensure that 90% of requests are responded to within 72-hours.
  • Submit leave requests to appropriate Personnel Support Detachment (PSD) within 24-hours of commencement of leave.
  • Check member's MMPA account to ensure that leave has been properly charged to member's account.
  • Make corrections to MMPA account as necessary.
  • Keep hard copies of completed leave for three-years and special request chits for one-year.
