Working with excel, word and PowerPoint in various ways in my jobs. As a administrative secretary at Pine Bluff Downtown Development I took Board meeting notes then transferred them to a nice letter Head to get to the members each month. Was over payroll, over getting invoices out and paid . Made sure supplies were kept up and bought when needed. It was a public relations job we were front and center with expo's and any event for downtown.
My Job now I am the secretary for the lunch program at the High School. Number 1 is confidentially, I deal with free and reduce children with state laws that would have me lose my job if I ever talked about a kid and there situation. Confidentiality is something I deal with to in the office with kids and principals decisions. My duties are scanning kids through the line. Taking money in balancing and depositing at the end of the day. Multitasking is needed to everyday . I go where needed.
