Agency Manager for District 4. Since taking over in January, I took a district with no recruiting pipeline and since then, my AAM and I have brought on 16 Reserve Agents and 4 Career agents. We are pacing to have 25 Reserve Agents and 12 Career Agents by the end of the year. On the last Agency Goals spreadsheet, I am green in 4 out of 6 categories. Once the June report comes out, I will be green in 5 out of 6 categories and have put some things in place to help pick up that last category.
I worked closely with Agency Manager Scott Heyka and together we were able to bring on 14 Reserve Agents and 8 Career Agents to help District 12 make their net gain for the year. Scott was also Agency Manager of the Year for the state of Kansas for his accomplishments in 2017. Together, we worked hard to make that happen.
