but customer service I have always been great at, its just so easy for me to speak to people and relate to them and solve their problems. I have always been a team player in high school and in gaming haha. without a team then there wouldn't be any success.
I had been in a call center so I was determined in what I had to do coming in, my responsibilities were to utilizes my tools, ensure to assist my customers in a very timely matter why keeping them satisfied. Would take about 100 calls a day sometimes so very fasts passed job. I would sale to promote my company, my first three months on the floor I was in the top ten sellers in my site. the previous two months I was top five. so I started settling down on my sales and really started focusing on everything overall to improve all my skills not just my selling abilities. I also guaranteed positive customer experiences and resolved all customer complaints. To be honest that's what I wanted to do and became good at. Also regularly sought opportunities to up sell and add on additional merchandise as it was part of the job. always had to performe in-depth research to answer more complex questions.
ACT was a little more relaxed than Dish was I am guessing its because it was a 3rd party company. we worked for BofA. I reviewed clients accounts assuring there was no fraudulent activity. I had to maintain a certain level of statistics
