I am detail oriented with data entry experience looking to grow my career and knowledge past my current position as the custodian.
In the 5 years I have worked in the Administrative Support Department, I have moved around to several positions. My first two years I helped to maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, distributed mail, and and answered phones. My third year I was solely responsible for picking up and distributing mail to the correct employees. My last two years I volunteered to move to the custodial position as our department was in need and I am a team player. As a custodian I am responsible for my own cleaning schedule, maintaining the buildings and some light outdoor maintenance, and on occasion answering phones. In this position I have to be very responsible, a self starter, motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
As a part time production assistant, for House of Kooser, I receive emails and pull the necessary information from them, enter the data into spreadsheets, and send them back to the company. In this position I work from home, so I must be motivated, a self starter, and have the ability to stay focused and on task.
