I helped manage approximately 30 employees in the Customer Service Department. Then I moved up to the Corporate Safety Department dealing with drug/alcohol testing, training and DOT paperwork to assure the drivers were capable to operate the vehicle assigned. Drivers files had to be managed and kept up to date daily. Information in this department was confidential and would only be discussed with the appropriate manager. I maintained all Public Utilities paperwork for four states and ensured overweight payments were met as well as truck repairs were completed. I assisted claimants, internal and external with damage claims "big or small" from start to finish in four states. I assured claimants I would be there with them until the claim was settled and they were satisfied to the best of my ability. I also researched damages to Rumpke property/vehicles and tracked the cost of the repair. Then I would prepare a remimbursement packet and send to the claimant and their insurance company. The reimbursement packet would also contain the police report, repair records and photos to back up the fault of the incident and the cost of the repair. I recovered over one million dollars that went back to the Company. I completed other various task that I was assigned.
I have a High School Diploma. I also won a state writing competition my Senior year.
