1. Implement program policies and procedures established in accordance with the funding sources. 2. Be responsible for all grant administration of assigned programs. Oversee community based programs and activities, including pre-schools, after schools, and family & children's services. 3. Regularly assess county needs for children's and families' services - identify unmet needs, develop and implement plans to meet those needs. 4. Responsible for supervisions of client case management, and direct services staff. 5. Develop and maintain close and cooperative relationships with funders, community, and public agencies including attending all necessary workshops and/or meetings with partners or funders. 6. Work cooperatively with the Fiscal Officer and Executive Director to develop budgets. 7. Research and apply for additional program funding. 8. Provide direct client services as needed.
