Energetic and up-beat office assistant with 5+ years experience looking for a setting where my employer, along with any customers I may encounter, are 100% satisfied. Being in an office environment that requires having one-on-one interaction with customers has been something I have always enjoyed and feel is an area I am able to contribute the most.
Due to my impressive computer skills, I have always been complimented on how quickly I can get certain tasks done! Not necessarily an achievement, but as far as going above and beyond, if I have completed all tasks and duties, I am always going around asking if there is anything I can do! As with any office assistant, you are the first person any clients or customers see when they walk in the door. As individuals came in, I would direct them to the appropriate sales team member as requested. I managed the lobby area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.I was also in charge of account managing. Each morning, every day tasks like power up devices, print new lists, enter any vehicle maintenance into computer system and verify costs would be done first thing!
In addition, every week when new vehicles came in by the dozens, it was my job to enter them into the computer with all vehicle information, including the VIN number, color, year, make and model as well as make the customer folders and office folders for each new vehicle Incoming/ outgoing mail, faxes, office supply inventory, multi-lined calls, detailed message taking, establishment maintenance. As the hub of a busy dealership, there really wasn't anything I didn't do or try to do for this outstanding company!
Data entry is what I enjoy most and is as well where I believe I contribute the most! One of my biggest skills is being able to look at a drafted document and being able to type word for word without looking at the keyboard. By having to look at the document, it takes time away from getting the task done as well as skill-proficiency. Providing excellent customer service as well as problem solving, no matter what it is, have always been 2 of my biggest strengths and have been recognized for doing so in the past!
