I am a young professional who has over 3 years experience in Administrative work. I have worked in a wide variety of environments and can pick up new tasks quickly. I am eager to learn and grow within a company.
I started at as an Administrative Assistant. I was in charge of ordering office supplies, answering phones, filing, greeting clients, schedule management, taking notes in meetings, typing documents, and creating excel docs. I moved into the position as an Account Manager quickly where I now over see 10-15 clients on a daily basis. I have constant communication with these clients. I make sure all projects are on track and will meet their deadlines. Client satisfaction is my number one priority.
I started as an Administrative Assistant answering phones, greeting walk-ins, and filing. I quickly moved to a staffing specialist position where I was in charge of conducting interviews for various types of employment. I had daily communication and visits with clients to discuss their staffing needs. I performed ID Checks in government systems and handled all paperwork filing and processing.
As the Assistant to the Attorney I answered phone calls, prepared and filed all legal documents.
