Recruited from the weighing industry to Mol Industries. They had developed a food safe belting called ThermoDrive. This is a hygienic polyurethane, sprocket driven belting that has a wide range of applications in the food industry.
My role as the Western Regional Manager, covering 7 Western States, was to call on industrial and food industry accounts as well as develop channel partnerships. This involved product training, account development and project management.
After 3 years of development, Mol sold the product to Intralox.
