I have worked for Quantum Management for the past year and half and really have enjoyed learning new skills and applying them appropriately . I was asked to fill in for Sarah as the office manager for her maternity leave and then was transfered to Clallam Bay to resolve issues and set up the office and files for the permanent resident Office Manager. This job consists of USDA/RD and Tax Credit regulations and qualifying tenants for low income apartments and maintaining an office appropriate for tenants to receive help while consistently making sure that all rules are abide by for the owner. I have had to use and learn many different skills when working for this company such as; time management for task completion, conflict management, handling numerous responsibilities simultaneously and effectively resolve customers concerns.
Sequim Valley Vacation Rentals has given me the opportunity to learn how to manage vacation rentals. I started as a receptionist and soon moved into managing the office. My duties include but are not limited to; answering phones, making reservations, taking payments, downloading pictures and descriptions on the website, publisher, Quickbooks, managing a cleaning crew, hiring employees, payroll, training, marketing, shopping for rental supplies, cleaning rentals and problem resolution.
I have never been opposed to any kind of work, hard labor, dirty work and down right tiring. I started working when I was twelve for school clothes and have not stopped since. Here is a quick overview of some of my past job positions. I feel that it gives an overall impression of the kind of person I am.
