I was an ASE Master Autobody Tech for 20 years. I have a hands on perspective of a variety of makes and models of vehicles and the knowledge to fix, diagnose and repair vehicles. I am detail oriented and hold myself to a very high standard in the automobile industry. Two years ago i made a decision to move into other areas of the automotive industry and worked at a chevy dealership in the accessories dept which has given me opportunity to hone my computer and customer service skills as i was responsible for interacting with customers wants and needs as well as ordering parts and writing repair orders to get work completed. I am well rounded individual in all aspects of the automotive industry with the want to pursue and learn more about the customer service side and let the younger generation take over where i left off in the manual labor aspect of the industry.

Honest and Dependable
Becoming and ASE master Autobody Tech and keeping up with all the I-Car and training is something that i hold high in my accomplishments. It is much more than working on cars it is having the knowledge to fix them correctly and know about everything on a car. Most of the jobs i had as a tech over the years didnt require this certification as mandatory, my work speaks for itself but i chose to keep a high standard for myself in the industry and kept my certifications up to date and most of the time attended classes on my own time unpaid. When i decided it was time to move into other areas of automobiles i performed so well that i was regularly meeting sales goals and breaking sales records set in previous years. It was an easy transition for me as i still have the passion for automobiles and anything about them. They are my life , my living, and my passion.
Talked to individual customers buying new cars and trucks wanting to add product to their vehicles before and after delivery. Took care of walk in customers seeking accessories, called customers, wrote repair orders, looked up and ordered parts and scheduled work to be completed. Filed paperwork and balanced and closed repair orders.
Attended several I-car training classes over the years, Went through 4 week training program when i started at Ressler Motors. Course touched on every aspect of the dealership from car sales to service department to customer satisfaction and expectations.
