Responsibilities: Act as liaison for patients and Health Center, respond to calls and escalate calls to appropriate staff. Register and schedule patients, complete detailed patient demographic and insurance information. Assist clinic staff and patients by solving basic problems. Document patient communications appropriately. Trains/cross-trains new and existing staff, assist manager and supervisor with various tasks as needed (i.e. testing new features in Epic exclusive to GIM workflow, develop new training exercises for new hires, assist with interviewing potential new hires, etc.)
Responsibilities: Customer relation liaison, answer and route incoming telephone calls, ensure organization of responsible areas, cash handling, process sales and returns, solicit credit and rewards programs enrollment, customer dispute resolution. Assist supervisors and managers with various tasks as needed (i.e. assist manager with contacting employees by phone when needed, support supervisors with department duties when they are unavailable, etc.)
