#3: Thinking and preparing for how you’ll respond to interview questions.
First, you should develop a list of interview questions you might be asked. We have included some at the end of this tutorial. You can find a lot more interview questions here: The 150 Typical Job Interview Questions.
Next, decide how you will respond to the questions. Typically, job-seekers should show more than tell in the interview — that means you should have stories and anecdotes that demonstrate your skills, accomplishments, and other achievements.
Consider writing down the responses — or use flashcards or outlines. The only thing you do NOT want to do is memorize your responses.
Preparing responses to expected interview questions is a critical part of your job interviewing preparations.
