Use present tense to highlight current skills
Kelly does a great job organizing her work experience, listing her most recent experience first. But if this is your current job, use the present tense when you talk about the talents you bring to work every day. By using the past tense when talking about your current job, you may inadvertently give the impression youve checked out, which makes you much less attractive as a candidatenobody wants to hire the guy whos not going to bring his all.
