Think of statements in your resume as first-person sentences with the personal pronouns removed
It is important to write in present tense when describing current employment, but keep in mind that the correct format is to have the verb conjugated in first-person form. This format will give more of an imminent sense to the duties being described, giving you a stronger, more active appearance as opposed to a more passive version like the third-person form in which the sample is written.
