A Highlights or Skills section should have at least three to four items per column (with two columns) but no more than seven to eight per column
If there are not many specific skills to highlight before you job Experience, try to include some personality traits and soft skills that would serve as qualifications. Remember that qualifications are not just experience and education. Qualifications include anything specific that would add to a candidate’s performance at a given job. WRONG: Highlights
All lists should be in bullet point format
Bullet format has the most organized appearance and will make it easier for a reader to refer to specific points throughout the document. This format also gives your lists a longer appearance and simultaneously draws attention to each specific point. Make sure to start each point with a different strong action verb and to end with a period. Keep your verb tenses consistent and use present tense if describing current employment and use past tense if describing previous employment.
