Summary should be four to six lines

Experience points should be bulleted
The experience section is really the heart of every resume. Even if you don’t have 10 – 20 years of accumulated work time, your experience should still grab and hold attention. The best way to go about this is to use bullet points and make sure that each job listing has five to eight points. Too few is unimpressive while too many can be boring to read. The second example is much more approachable. It offers more information, but the presentation makes reading it feel like less work. This is always the goal for resume lists.
Accomplishments should be specific
If you want to have an accomplishments section that is distinct from the other short-listed highlights, it needs to justify itself. The best way to do this is with very specific accomplishments. Special Awards or success stories with numerical value carry much more weight than general statements like helped patients. Statements like Employee of the month or raised quality assessment by ten percent should be your aim. If you do not have specific enough material to justify an accomplishments section, then these points can be shortened and combined with the other highlights. Be sure to format the list or table so that it is still accessible. If a column is going to exceed eight points, consider using side-by-side columns for your format.
