Summary should be four to six lines in length
Every resume should begin with a quick summary of your prior experiences and skillset. It should be concise but still long enough to where it gives the reader a general sense of what qualities you have to offer the company. Bulleted lists should be used when discussing work experience
Although the summary should be written in paragraph form, all of your work experience should be written using bulleted list. The reason is that bullet points are easier to go through on the written page than large, clunky paragraphs. This sample resume only has one job under work history, but the information presented for it is a paragraph. This should be rewritten so that it goes like this:

Each bullet point under work history should begin with a strong, active verb
You should make your resume interesting to read so that the attention of the potential employer is maintained throughout reading it. An easy way to do that is to begin every point for past and current jobs to start with a powerful verb. These verbs should be written in the correct tense, so since this list is for a job he currently works at, it should be written in the present tense like this:
