Use Bulleted Lists and Correct Tense in Job Descriptions
Any time you are presenting a list of ideas, bullets help to keep it organized and easy to read. The easier your resume is to follow and understand, the more hiring managers will want to look at it and the more likely they are to want to bring you into their team. In this sample resume, the author goes into detail in her job description, but doesn’t use appropriate formatting. Additionally, although this is her current job, she describes her duties in a mixture of present and past tenses.
