This is a minor quibble, but when you are competing against other job applicants for one position, every little thing counts. This resume contains the phrase fifteen years experience in the summary. In reality, this should actually be 15 years’ experience or even 15 years of experience. This is a common mistake to make, but it is still one you need to watch out for.
Highlights should have anywhere between three to eight points per column
If you take a look at this resume sample, there are two columns in the highlights section. The first column has 10 bullet points while the other one only has four. You would want to distribute the points fairly evenly between the two columns, and since there are 14 points total, it would be wise to just have seven points in each column. An accomplishments section should have at least three bullet points
If you are going to devote an entire section to your achievements, then you should make sure you have enough of them to justify the extra space. Generally, you want to have at least three accomplishments in a totally separate section. This resume currently only has this feat:
While this is certainly impressive, the writer would still need to find two more achievements in order to have an entirely separate section dedicated to it. If there are no other accomplishments to list, then this piece of information could simply be moved to the applicable space in the experience section.
Maintain the same tense for any given position
If you no longer work at a certain job, then you will want to use the past tense for every piece of information listed. For the experiences listed under Cobblestone Apartments, the tense changes from the past to present perfect progressive. Take a look at the following points:

Include information for every job you have had
A good amount of information is given for the time this person spent at Cobblestone Apartments and Ameco, but absolutely nothing is given for Native Breeze Heating and Air and University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Even if you did not have a particularly senior position at either job, you should still give a brief overview of what your responsibilities were at each position. Generally, you want to give at least three bullet points for every job you have worked at, so it should not be too hard to fill the section.
