Drop the Education Dates if There is a Gap
There is no need to include the year you went to high school or college if a large amount of time has passed between that and the included work experience.

Inspected finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. Actively suggested operational improvements to enhance quality, improve production times and reduce costs. Do use periods in this section, and include specifics. List the most important points at the top and the reader will be more likely to notice the best qualifications.
Combine Highlights and Accomplishments and arrange in bulleted rows
The Highlights section of the Machine Operator resume sample has some randomly bulleted items. The accomplishments section is only partially bulleted. It would look much cleaner and be easier to read if each section contained two columns of three to eight items each. Since the sections are rather short, we recommend combining them.
Add a Skills Section
