In a highly competitive world, having a top-notch resume is essential. Resumes are initially reviewed very quickly for relevance to the position. Do use periods at the end of bulleted items.
To make a resume easier to read and more presentable, write out complete sentences instead of partial sentence fragments. Make certain that the experience section of the resume isn’t just a list of job duties. Each position should include a mixture of duties, responsibility and achievements. What did the applicant accomplish while working for the company? What were some of the measurable results of the work completely? A resume should not only list work completed but also how it was done and whether or not the objective was reached.
