In addition to the lack of balance and the extra bullet points, the information listed has been copied and pasted from elsewhere and is not relevant. It seems likely that this job-seeker copied information from his or her current job description or a similar job vacancy posting and pasted it into the resume. This is not a good practice. The purpose of the highlights section is to showcase your own accomplishments. If you use a job posting to help you decide what information to include in your highlights, be sure to re-word the information, using it as a guide to state how your own skills overlap with the stated requirements. Make the Best Possible Use of Bullet Points
With only one entry in the experience section, a prospective employer might dismiss this applicant as under-qualified. If you find yourself with a similar lack of diversified experience, be sure to use bullet points to call attention to your skills and accomplishments.
