The career summary is an important part of your resume. Keep it Uniformed
To ensure that your information stands out as it should, it is important that all elements of the resume are properly formatted. Little details such as spacing do make a difference. Inconsistency with your spacing, bulleting or wording, such as switching between past and present tense, can reflect negatively on your resume. To help guard against this, choose one format in each section and stick to; however you have the first part of the section, the others should follow the same pattern. WRONG:

Similar to keeping the resume uniformed, your heavy bulleted sections, such as the Skills section on the sample resume, should be somewhat even. You want to make sure that your sections are aesthetically pleasing, as to draw the reader in and cause them to want to read your resume.
