Licenses and certification go in their own section or in the Education section
However qualified they make you, training and licensures do not count as accomplishments. An Accomplishments section should have at least three bullet points highlighting major achievements, rewards, or recognition. The Accomplishments section in the sample resume can be struck.
List jobs in reverse chronological order, starting with the most recent employer
Organizing this section in this order will make the resume easier to read, and it highlights your most recent experience and accomplishments.

Do not center the sections of your resume, but rather have the information left-margin aligned with a bullet for each separate point.
