Always proofread for even the smallest errors in your resume. Making sure all names and numbers are correct is extremely important. Also, all numbers under 10 should be written out, not expressed in numerals. In the sample resume, several sections on the bulleted lists are without periods. All parts of a bulleted list should have periods at the end. Go back and check your work several times throughout the creation process. Even the most advanced word processors can miss some errors. If you choose to include an accomplishments section, it should contain relevant professional achievements that are germane to you personally. Dont Include High School
Writing your resume allows you to acknowledge your accomplishments, but some are made redundant by additional information. If you have any college, university or vocational training, you do not need to also include your high school or GED information. By stating that you have completed college coursework, it is implied that you have either graduated high school or earned your GED. As such, this information does not need to be included in your resume. All of your college information, such as all degrees or certificates earned, should be included if they are relevant.
