Organize work experience by most recent first
The first workplace that is presented is one that the person quit in 1984, and then underneath that is a job she had from 1984 to 1990. When discussing your work history, you always want to start with whatever is most recent and work your way backwards from there. Therefore, this person would want to merely switch the two jobs.
Use bullet points
One of the jobs on this resume uses bullet points, but the other one does not for whatever reason. You want to maintain a level of consistency throughout your resume and use bullet points for every piece of information you give for your work experience. Therefore, instead of having the job description given for Paquet Cruise Lines look like this: Took control of all on board activities. Planned all Captains affairs, including Private Cocktail Hours, Private Dinners, and along with Cruise Director planned all on board entertainment. Took control of Shore Excursions, with regards to selling and ticketing passengers for sightseeing tours. Made sure all passengers were well aware of destinations. You would want to have it like this:
Vary your verbs
As you can see from the list above, two of the bullet points begin with the phrase Took control. You want to do your best to avoid using the same words and phrases over and over again, so try to find synonyms to vary the words you use. Therefore, you could alter the previously mentioned points to go something like this:
You want your resume to be a reflection of who you are as an employee, so you want to fill it with relevant information that is going to impress an employer and help you get an interview.
