Resume formatting isnt case-based. It is the same for every resume that is sent into the workforce. Your resume should be written with short, crisp sentences and bullet points for your information. This gives your potential employer an easy glance at all of the information that he or she needs to know about you without feeling like their reading a book. While the skills section has bullet lists, nothing else does. The information looks overwhelming and it could frustrate an employer and make him or her not even want to read your entire resume.
