Use multiple columns with only 8 points each
The Skills section is a great time to highlight keywords that could be useful to your potential employer. However, this area should be limited to 8 points per column. This applicant lists twenty skills in one column, so they would need to delete information and make another section to the right of the first.
Only include relevant skills in the Skills section
Skills are great to have, but only some are useful to the person reading your resume. This applicant includes skills that would not be useful to him as a fast food line cook, such as having a drivers license. These would need to be deleted.
Dont abbreviate uncommon words
Some abbreviations are commonly known and can be used in a resume. However, words that are not commonly abbreviated should not be shortened on your resume. This applicant abbreviates Drive Inn in the Experience section. They would need to change this to the full word because it isnt a popular abbreviation.
Carefully proofread before sending off a resume
