End each bullet point in the Experience section with a period
Unlike the other sections of your resume where the items in a bullet list are quick phrases or words, an experience section makes statements about the candidate from an outside perspective. These bullet points should start with strong action verbs and end with periods. Items should be listed in order of importance from top to bottom. Highlight specific skills and personality traits by giving them a section above your work experience
Technical proficiencies, soft skills, and special training should go above your Experience section. This way, your employer has a general idea of what you bring to the table, the application of which should be demonstrated in your description of duties in the Experience section.
