Use metrics when possible
When you are discussing your employment history, you should include quantifiable numbers when applicable. For example, the above list states that the applicant answered multiple phone lines. That is not going to be particularly impressive because every other candidate is most likely going to have phone line experience as well. In order to make yourself stand apart from the rest of the crowd, you should get more specific to really show what you accomplished at this dental office. Therefore, you would want that bullet point to go something along the lines of:
When it comes to gaining a new job, the more information you can provide, the better.
Eliminate high school education if it just gets in the way
This person graduated from high school in 1988, and she has worked at various companies from 1989 to 2014. Therefore, the fact that she has a high school diploma is no longer really applicable because her actual work experience is what is more impressive. Saying you graduated from high school is not necessary if you graduated over a decade ago, and you can use that space for more relevant information. In the case of this resume, she can simply include the fact that she is a Texas Registered Dental Assistant and is CPR certified because that information is more impressive.
