Include relevant content in the accomplishments section
This customer service sample resume did a good job of including an Accomplishments section. However, this section doesnt include necessary information a prospective employee needs to see. Use bullets in the experience section
When you use bullets, it makes the resume more reader-friendly. When formatting the bullet items in this section always start with action verbs. Your current job must be written in the present tense while previous jobs are written in the paste tense. Follow that format for every job listed. Dont list high school credentials
This customer service sample resume mentions college course work. Whenever you have attended college, the prospective employer knows you earned a high school diploma or its equivalent. So, theres no need to include your high school education.
