Do not use paragraphs when talking about experience
There is a lot of great information to be found in the work history section of this resume, and the writer is obviously a big team player at his current place of employment. However, it is much more preferable to list your experiences with bullet points as opposed to paragraphs. Part of this section already utilizes bullets, which is great, but you want to be consistent throughout and break up the paragraphs into individual lines. Therefore, you would end up with bullet points like this:
Create an additional accomplishments section if applicable
There is a lot of material in the experience section, so in order to break this up a bit and make this section easier to read, it would be appropriate to create a separate accomplishments section that lists off what the writer achieved during his previous jobs. This part would go below the highlights section and above work history. This portion should also use bullet points and look something along the lines of:
You want to have at least three bullet points if you want to have a completely separate section for your accomplishments.
Use active verbs when talking about experiences
Every bullet point in your experience section should begin with an active verb. This verb will either be in the present tense or past tense, depending on whether you currently work there or you worked there in the past. Some of the sentences that do not follow this rule include:
These points begin with I, so this is not what employers will be looking for. If you were to correct this mistake, these bullet points would look like this:
