I open and close accounts, transfers, stop payments, dealt with fraud investigations, and document preparation for loans and lines of credit for customers. This would need to be rewritten so that any unnecessary pronouns are left out, leaving you with the real meat of your occupational overview. This section can be changed to look like this: Main responsibility is to take care of customer banking needs with a positive and professional attitude. Assist customers with banking services and products. Open and close accounts, transfers, stop payments, dealt with fraud investigations and document preparation for loans and lines of credit for customers. Making this small change will make the section much more compact so that you save space on your resume.
Accomplishments and work experience should be formatted using bullet points
Bullet points are highly desired on work resumes because they make the information much easier to go through. A hiring manager does not need to read through clunky paragraphs to know everything about you. Instead, he or she can simply go through a bulleted list to hit all crucial points. For example, if we were to reformat this sample resumes accomplishments section, then it would look like this:

Use consistent tenses throughout any given position
If you are describing a job you currently work at, then you would want to write all the points in the present tense. Similarly, if you are talking about a position you worked at in the past, then you should refer to it in the past tense.
