Write in present tense for ongoing duties
Bullet points arent the only issue with the experience section. Any ongoing employment should include details that are written in present tense. Old employment should be written in past tense. Jennifer has a mix of past and present for her current job, so she should change all past tense verbs to present tense to fix this error.
Include dates for all employment history
Dates give employers an idea of how long applicants were able to learn important skills and warn them about job-hopping issues. Even if an applicant has obviously job hopped, its always important to include dates of employment. Not doing so could make for an unread resume or an awkward interview. Make sure headers accurately describe the content
