Add up your score and find the degree to which you may be sabotaging your career:
45+: Looks Good. You have what it takes to succeed with a moonlighting side-gig.
40-44: On Your Way. You have what it takes to succeed, but you’ll want to sharpen some of your skills and/or adjust your attitude/expectations/plans first.
35-39: Hold On. You have some serious enough deficiencies that you should reconsider your options before proceeding with a moonlighting side-gig.
Under 35: Reconsider. At this time, you should probably stick to improving your full-time job situation and leave moonlighting side-gigs to others.
