Returning to the Job Market: Job-Search Success
Establishing daily and weekly job-search goals
In any job-search it is important to set specific goals you want to accomplish each day of the search. Be realistic. Have as a goal making five follow-up phone calls and uncovering two new job leads rather than some more unrealistic like having three job interviews.
Stick to your goals — make them happen — and then reward yourself for each step you take that brings you closer to your ultimate goal of a new job.
