125-150 pts. — Exceptionally-Skilled. You have the employability skills employers seek.
100-124 pts. — Well-Skilled. You have a solid set of soft skills, but might consider improving upon some of them.
75-99 pts. — Skilled. You have some decent employability skills, but you should consider taking your skills up at least one notch.
60-74 pts. — Weak-Skilled. Make an action plan today to become more skilled in what employers seek.
Under 60 pts. — Under-Skilled. You have major work ahead of you to build the skills that will motivate employers to hire you.
