Here’s a good suggestion before we get into the details about the types of financial aid avaiable: As you complete your applications for admission, you should consider also completing any necessary applications for financial aid. It might be a waste of time for the schools that do not accept you, but for the others, you’ll be one step ahead — receiving both your acceptance letter and financial aid package.
