At Nike, a submission status of "completed" could mean that your application has been reviewed by the hiring team. Or, if you get a "completed" message right after submitting your application, it's likely just an alert to the applicant that their online application submission has been completed – it does not mean that the application has been parsed or reviewed.
The second scenario above is the most likely. In that case, just wait for Nike to reach out to you for the next steps in the hiring process. You will most likely receive updates from Nike via email, so keep an eye on your email after applying (including your Spam folder).
You can learn more about what to expect when applying for a job at Nike through the "How We Hire" section of the official Nike website.
