An ADN offers an extensive array of career possibilities in nursing; once you complete your degree, you can find work as an RN and work with patients of all ages. Once you graduate, you can work in entry-level nursing jobs, and having the degree opens the door to pursuing advanced nursing degrees like a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and then an MSN (Master of Science in Nursing).
