In the Career Summary section you will likely want to highlight clearly your unique set of experiences and skills such that busy executives reading your resume will get who you are right away, even if they just skim the rest of your resume. For example, do you support teams in-person, remotely, or both? Internationally, bilingually? Is your background in SME’s or large organizations, and in what industries? What personality traits do you bring that really resonate with the executives and teams you support?
The Work Experience section is where you can go into more detail, selecting and ordering your accomplishments to fit the role you are seeking. Are you seeking a similar role supporting multiple departments? Discuss how your experience with the two VPs etc., will help you address the needs of their executive staff. On the other hand, are you looking to focus on one group of executives, or move into a role supporting the C-suite? Highlight your executive presence, trustworthiness, and personality traits.
