While multiple interviews for multiple roles are not common in large companies, multiple applications are. Similar roles may be open in multiple business units that have little contact with each other and served by a separate recruiting staff. Therefore, it is perfectly acceptable to pursue multiple opportunities if offered interviews for them.
Personalize your communication with each recruiter and hiring manager. You will likely work with multiple sets of hiring staff, and should always communicate openly and honestly with them, especially if multiple offers appear likely. Work through your recruiter should any issues arise. Never try to deal with interviewing issues all on your own.
While there is no harm in attending all the interviews you are scheduled for, it is usually best to pursue roles that are similar to each other in compensation or seniority. You want to avoid creating a situation where one organization may view another as trying to poach from it or being played off the other.
