Soft skills are essential, as they provide a window into how you will integrate into a new work environment. The demand for soft skills is particularly high for numerous positions. Job seekers with well-stocked arsenals of soft skills are typically good at adopting new ideas, contributing to a positive office environment, and demonstrating reliability. Don't be afraid to highlight a strong suite of skills (both soft and hard, and again – the skills that most closely align with the job ad) as they are all relevant to showcasing that you are a well-rounded candidate.
