You don't need to disclose that you have autism in your resume in the same way that you wouldn't need to disclose any otherwise considered disability. However, this is definitely a personal choice because there is no law that requires anyone to. Is not that having autism is something you should hide, it's that your resume is meant to showcase how your experience, knowledge, and skills fit the needs of an open position in the company you are applying to. Moreover, since it is natural that we cannot control other preconceived ideas about autism, I would suggest avoiding it becoming the first impression a company gets from your profile.
If a recruiter determines that your abilities are valued for the position, you will be called for an interview and you can use that space to highlight that you can be very specialized in one thing but not as good in others which is a very common trait on people that have autism.
