Hello Lee111,
You don't have to rewrite your resume all over, you can go to your dashboard and click on the top right corner where your project manager resume will be saved. Go to that resume and click on more options to duplicate the document. You can go back to the dashboard and choose the document you want to edit and then save it with a new name.
