Create a list of your strengths and weaknesses to help you better understand the areas where you might want to focus your energies. Once you have those things covered, start conducting some online research. You might attend networking meetings, or engage with people you already know who are in careers they find satisfying. You could also explore setting up some informational interviews to find out what other people do, and what their jobs are like at particular companies.
